When ever i try to run my computer with my amd 7970 i wont get a signal to my monitor and a small red led lights up on the motherboard.
Some how my gpu failed. I know its the gpu because when i install my gtx 980 the computer will start and run with absolutely no problems.
This is an old card i have laying around. Im trying to figure out whats wrong with it so i can give it to my cousin (Hes building his first computer)
Any ideas on how to diagnose whats wrong with the gpu? Ive taken it apart and looked at the board and i see absolutely no burnt marks and it doesnt smell burnt.
