So I have a GTX 1060 3GB and I was going to put my PS4 right next to my PC but there is a grill on the side where I want to put my PC (I suppose its for airflow) and I wanted to know if reduced air flow into the PC would slow down my graphics card or any other component.

Solution
While technically if a card gets too hot it will downclock, having something sitting next to the PC should not have an impact on this.
