Okay so yesterday i received a ddr2 4gb 800mhz ram i had ordered to put in my really old pc, Just to keep it running... It was having a 2gb ddr2 800mhz ram and has one ddr2 slot the motherboard is a zebronics n68 socket 940.. When I put in the new ram and start the cpu all the cpu lights and the fan are working but the monitor gets no signal and the cpu beep aint heard.. When i put the old ram back in it boots properly. Is the ram dead?
