I'm wondering if my AMD FX 6300 6 core CPU will be compatible with a gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX (I already know that the Micro ATX will fit my case) and I also would like to know if those two will be compatible with my MSI GTX 1050 gaming X.

gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 will work but I wouldn't suggest it as the VRM's are extremely weak, it's bottom of the barrel quality. If you can try and spend $20-30 on a better board. I'd recommend the GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P for $70.
