Hey all my first post here so im sorry if anything is done incorrectly.

So i got an old rig that i bought complete from fujitsu with:

i7-860 2.80ghz
6 gig ram
amd hd 5670
360watt psu

and a couple of months ago I got an gtx 560se by a friend and i tried it in my rig, and all the games froze 5 min ingame.
I later relized my psu is to weak, so i read that the card needs atleast 450w so i bought a cooler master b600 600w and the games still freezes?

How is this possible?

Solution
After many hours reading and testing today Ive got it to work.

I did underclock my card pretty much (really sucks now) so it consums less power and finally its working.

So what I understand is that its not the driver but the power so yeah cooler-master aint no good.

Thanks everyone that helped, I appreciate it.

Your video card requires 150w and I know for a fact that your processor needs 95w, That's a total of 245w without counting your motherboard, hard drives and case fans. But a 600w PSU is good for what you have. You may be having a driver issue, make sure that your video card drivers are up to date. Download and install the newer drivers from Nvidia. For drivers go here:http://www.geforce.com/drivers

I feel like its not the psu thats the problem but i have tried everything i know.

What games are you trying to play? Are your settings all maxed out?. Remember you Only have 1GB of memory in your GPU, That's pretty much nothing on today's games. You wont be able to play 1080p maxed out.
