What was the price of those GPU in your country? What is your budget? Which particular store/location will you purchase the GPU from?

But I am concerned about which GPUs are available in your country - not in the US. So, can you link your store's website at least so to check which ones are available?
In any case, I understand if you don't want or can't link it (for privacy). But for $400, you can get a GTX 1070 already (at least in the US). Anyway, just check your store's stocks and get any of these (prices are US$, which you said, are the same in your country):
