Title says it all, CPU usage is always at 100% and GPU is at 80-99%. This causes the game's FPS rate to drop from 60+ all the way down to 10, even though I already set the application priorities to "high". CPU is at 50-60°C degrees at full load while the GPU just goes above 60°C degrees, DRAM doesn't go over 80% usage.

I am also playing this on 1080p and running the game on an SSD. I don't have many background processes going on when playing, CPU usage is at 10-15% when idle.
