Think my GPU is broken, only running at 594MHz core.

I was playing JC3 and checked my core speeds, they were around 1300MHz, so i overclocked to around 1350 with MSI afterburner just to see if it works, but apparently it decided to go to 1497MHz, don't know why, but i've had problems with overclocking on this GPU, then after 2 minutes of playing i got Error 38 from the game, saying the GPU was not responding and possibly was in a loop, after this, the core clock speeds have been stuck to 594MHz core, and according to afterburner, 3305MHz memory, but GPU-z says 1652MHz memory speed. I tried resetting to default clock speeds but it didn't help, i tried restarting my PC but it didn't help either.

The GPU is a GTX 980ti from MSI, i have the latest drivers installed.

The temperatures were not insane, although it's a possibility they reached 83c which is my temp limit.

Fixed it, after googling, i assume the OC afterburner set was too high, and forced the GPU into a loop and fucking up something, so i had to completely remove the drivers with DDU, but that fucked up aswell so i had to reinstall Windows but now it's working fine. Oh boy what a evening.
