I want to play only Csgo at 60 fps at 1080p (144hz if I can). My Budget is 800$ US. I also want to upgrade it in the future. Before I build it I was just wondering what I could make better for the same price. I can not go over my budget.

Also I was wondering if there is a good monitor for under 200$ us and a good kb and m for under 200$ us

I'd trade the Z series motherboard for a lower end one and ditch the cooler. You don't seem interested in overclocking. That money saved can buy you a 240 GB SSD for the OS and a few key programs.

Good choices otherwise. You went overkill on the PSU but that can help later if you do a GPU upgrade, etc...

You don't need that overclocking motherboard or cooler, the i5 will outperform it. The GTX 1060 will get you closer to your performance goals at 1080p, and the NEX series is poor, this Seasonic is one of the best and a great deal right now.

unless you plan to get 2 nvidia GPUs and use SLI mode then its a waste pairing that core I3 CPU with a Z series board.

In the future I plan to upgrade my i3 7100 to a i5 7500 and i7 7700 so I thought I would buy a good motherboard.
The highest gpu I would buy would be a 1060 6gb but I'm starting out slow.

Why waste the money on lower level stuff when you can have the higher level, right now, for the same price.

Even if you got a 7500 or 7700 if you're not buying a K processor and overclocking you don't need a Z270 motherboard.

Also the 1060 3gb is not that far off from the 6gb. Better use of your money.
