Its likely to power up some part of the front panel. Whats the model and brand of the case? Does it have like lighting or a fan controller or something?

It's thermaltake f51, and yes it has a fan on the front which btw isn't working when I turn on the PC (back fan is working) and I also have on front fan up and down speed but since it isn't moving...

It's a molex connector. Some fans and front panel fan controllers use this for power. Sometimes you find a fan connector has both the motherboard connection and a molex connection. This gives you a way to power the fan if you can't connect to the board.

You need to find a cable from your PSU with this end

That will power it.

You found what? Attached to what? Did you find the male end of the molex connector coming from your PSU?

No worries man, it's all working now. It's the connector for my front fan.
