Will CPU Cooler fit with RAM?

Hi guys ;)
I am trying to build a PC and I am not sure if this CPU Cooler i chose and the RAM are compatible.
I chose the G.SKILL Trident Z (16GB - 2x8GB) and the Cooler CPU Cooler Master Hyper TX3i.
I am planning on mounting the CPU Cooler horizontally, providing a vertical airflow path to the top of the case where there will be another fan for I find this method more effective.
My question as you may know is will the CPU Cooler interfere with the RAM sticks?

See that white box around CPU socket on mobo? It's about 95mm wide, while cooler is only 90mm wide. Plus memory slots are extra 5 to 10 mm away from the box. So I dare to say it will fit.

My bad I forgot, it's the ASUS Z170-E MOTHERBOARD.
