these are the bundles my local electronics store offer for the z270 chipset.

MSI Z270 GAMING M5 + I5 7700K $675
ASUS Z270 H Gaming + I5 7600 $567
MSI Z270 Gaming Pro CARBON + I5 7500 $573
AsRock Z270 Gaming K6 + I5 7500 $600
ASUS TUF Z270 Mark 2 + I5 7600K

The problem is that I am unsure of which mobo to choose for my upgrade from haswell to kaby lake. I intend to try my hand at overclocking for the first time if the cpu i buy allows for it. Thanks in advance!

Solution
For value for money then you should go for b250 motherboard + i57500

Are these US Dollar prices, these combos (if not including ram) are too high for what it should cost.

$600 and i would overclock if i had the opportunity to but if the board and cpu combo is much more value for money i honestly do not mind having a cpu which can't be overclocked. So technically i'm looking for the most value combo.
