As long as you go with the gtx 1050 ti 4gb model and game at 1080p resolution, i'd say you have an overall well balanced gaming computer. However you won't be able to play those games listed above at maxed out graphical settings and still get a respectable FPS. For games like Battlefield 1, you'll need more than 8gb of system memory as recommended is 16gb, not to mention 16gb system memory will start to be the recommended norm.
Depends what your trying to do and your expectations. If your planning to game a 1050 is low end and not geared for performance to match a i5. You could go 1050 TI, but as your building new it be best 1070 or 1060 at the least.

Also do NOT go so low end on the PSU, 450W isn't for gaming systems, stick with around 650W or better, make sure they are at least BRONZE certified and reliable tested name. You will easily have random issues with a UNDERPOWERED system

For gaming like witcher 3, doom 2016, battlefield 2016, Tom Clancy's The Division, rise of tomb raider etc. If i say in short, all latest and upcoming games. I don't want to use any overclock due to high electricity bill.

Actually i want to know, will this component cause any crash or harmful things to my rig??? As i have chosen powerful gpu rather than the normal mobo and processor. And let me know something, that mentioned gpu stock out in my area. So i am planning to chose this psu.

Gigabyte geforce gtx 1050ti OC 4G - http://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N105TOC-4GD#kf
