Hello! So, i have a decent internet speed from Telekom (germany) , I'm living in an apartament and
we have 2 Pcs and 1 Laptop which everyone uses 24/7..on the laptop my dad only browses internet and forums etc. and on the PCs me and my brother play games. I want to start streaming but when I play games like CSGO my internet goes fine 30-60 ping and then i get huge ping spikes to 100-200-300ms sometimesc even 600! Idk know what to do, it drives me crazy , I always close skype and chrome and any programs when playing, only have Discord for Voice Chat. I'm runnin on wireless connection, would it help to get wired connection ?

i5 3570k 4.0GHz
GTX 1080 Strix 8GB
32GB Ram
Windows 10

I always get constant 400+ fps, my PC isn't the problem here, so you think wired would help to get rid of random high ping? Will I benefit from it ?

Wired is always better but not always an option! Have you tried running inSSider to see what RF you have close by, changing channels may help. Don't rule out the PC just because of frame rate, the network also requires processing power and can be subject to malware.

I downloaded the program named inSSIDer Home, but sadly idk how to work with it and what to look after, this is the screen i have when im in it :

OK from that screen shot you can see that you are using channel 6 on the 2.4Ghz Spectrum (bottom right blue line) As you can see there are others on that and all other channels! This is why 5Ghz is a better option, there are more available non overlapped channels. Try moving to channel 11 if your router will allow you to fix a channel. Better still get a dual band router and dual band wireless nic and move to 5 Ghz!! If you have your 2.4Ghz channel set to auto it may well spend its time channel hopping.

Check to see if your computer has a dual band nic also!

Yes ! The router supports 5GHz band , this is what is says : (its german sry, but i think u can see the numbers and the 5GHz setting on the side! :) ) http://imgur.com/a/5Bqt4

Then i set it to 5GHz , but my PCs refused to even detect the router ! They wouldn't even see it or connect to it, tried everything, only my phone worked during that time... :( I checked other forums and they said to check cmd netsh wlan show drivers and to check Radio types supported : http://imgur.com/a/nscZh

Idk what to do, they just wont connect or detect it when I set it to 5GHz :/ I pressed the reset button so I can use it again, I will put the channel on 11 again and will wait on ur anwser , btw, i have 12 and 13 channel as an option, should I set it higher?
