The first two cores of my CPU are idling at 50, and the last two are idling at 60. The person I got the computer from built it 7~8 years ago, and neither of us have replaced the thermal paste. Should I replace the thermal paste? I currently have the "default" intel heatsink. Intel Q8200

Solution
While you replacing the paste also invest in a can of compressed air and blow out all the dust from the fans, heatsink, motherboard, RAM, power supply, ect, ect.... Basically blow off all the components till you don't see anymore dust.
