Hello everyone.

I am going SLI soon and i wanted to make sure that i order the correct Nvidia HB SLI Bridge. My mobo is the Asus Maximus VII Ranger. From my search i found that the official 3-slot from Nvidia is the one that fits.

Can someone that knows confirm?

Thank you.
J.

for 2 way sli use check your manual on what 2 slots they are to be used for 2 card sli and measure center to center of the 2 slots in MM. if its 40mm then you need a 40mm bridge if its 60mm then you need the 60 mm bridge .. and so on

The nvidia high bandwidth bridge I believe is only for 10xx series cards. Nvidia only officially supports 2 way sli with them. Any high band width bridge will work and any SLI bridge will work. There really isn't a right or wrong choice, just depends on what you are going with. If you have a 9xx series or older, just go with a regular SLI bridge and get one that has slots for the amount of cards you're going to put in.
