Is MSI H81-p33m compatible with Asus Gtx 1050ti 4gb expedition? When i install my new gpu,there is no display.i have 500W power supply

I installed it correctly sir,im sure of it when i turn to power on,the gpu fan just spins for like 4 seconds then it will stop.i tried connecting it to the Tv with both Hdmi male,and when i turned on the tv there was no display.

Yes,my monitor only supports vga so i also bought the dvi to vga converter (24+1) can it be an adapter issue? And,is the gpu working knowing that its fans spin right after turning on the power?
