Stock cooler is fine, use the money saved from not buying cooler to get the higher clocked 7500.

Also the VS range of PSU's are very low quality units, they have no place in a gaming pc.

use the stock cpu cooler and save yourself money

get 2400mhz ram since your setup supports it, and it's basically the same price.

get a better quality power supply

some rx 480/gtx 1060 are the same price as that 470

yes... and I have that power supply, but most people agree that you can get a more reputable power supply for around that same price. I don't know much about them, maybe someone else will chime in
