Hello!
i have heard gtx 1070 supports 144hz only for displayport 1.4 and 60hz for HDMI and DVI ..but my monitor doesnt have a DP 1.4! my monitor is LG 22mp68vq 75hz..

Solution
GTX 1070 supports 2560x1440 @ 144Hz on the DisplayPort and DVI ports. The DP 1.4 requirement for 144Hz that you're thinking of is only for 4K @ 120/144Hz. As of yet, the only consumer monitor in existence (though not yet released) is the ROG Swift PG27UQ. The Dell UP3017Q (30", 4K @ 120Hz) was the only other high refresh 4K monitor announced, but has since been cancelled.

HDMI or DVI are your only options

Your monitor is a 1080p monitor. The limitation only exists on 4k monitors and even then, IIRC it's only DVI that can't deal with high refreshrates. DP has been able to run 4k at high refreshrate but HDMI should have caught up by now.
Regardless, this issue is not an issue for you.
