Gtx 1070 fps Problem

Hi all,i don't know why my last thread was close so i repost here, i'm french so im really sorry if my english its bad.

I'm playing cs go with i7 6700 and gtx 1070 and im using all low settings and i can got only 150-200 fps, my gtx 1070 is used only at 20% so i think this is the problem, how can i get more usage?

My gtx 1070 basically idles when playing the game (slight exaggeration). GSGO is more cpu intensive than gpu intensive. The most important thing is that your FPS is stable and does not fluctuate at 200 FPS. As long as the FPS stays higher than your refresh rate you'll have a good experience playing the game. A high refresh rate monitor made a world of difference regarding my kill to death ratio.
