Seasonic VS EVGA VS ANTEC which PSU ?

Antec TP-750C ( I know this one is non modular )

My system specs are--

i7-7700k
asus strix Z270F
2*GTX 1070 (SLI) (brand not decided)
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000Mhz CAS15
1* 1TB HDD
1*SSD

which PSU will be better ?

I would go for the EVGA myself.

Off topic but may I ask why you are bothering with two 1070's? You are better off with a single 1080 card or waiting until the 1080ti is available. Unless you are using them for something else.

You will get higher frame rates in most games with the two 1070's over a 1080 but for the price and reduced problems you are probably better with a single card that has higher performance (ofc allowing...

I know this is noobish question
but,
Antec has 2*12V rails of 744W. (35A max on single rail)
Seasonic and EVGA have 1*12V rail of 744W.
Will there be any advantage of taking 1*12 V rail for my configuration.
