Stuck in BIOS screen after plugging in new GPU

Hello everyone,

Here's exactly what happened:
I plugged in my new graphics card (RX 460).

PC boots fine and then I uninstalled the old drivers then installed the new ones.

I tried playing a game and after a few minutes, I encountered a blue screen.

Now when I boot my PC, I am stuck at the bios screen.

I don't want to try anything unless I know what I'm dealing with here.

SPECS:
MOBO: ECS A55F2-M3
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333MHz
Integrated graphics: AMD A4-5300 with Radeon HD 7480D
PSU: 600W

I can't find any other post or forum that has exactly my problem so I am really lost here ; _ ;

No beeping sound. It's just that it hangs on the BIOS splash screen.
Keyboard doesn't work (tried Caps Lock and it didn't work).
And the weird thing is I was able to reboot after the installation of the new drivers but after I got the BSOD, can't boot.

Any help is appreciated!
