I have an issue while playing games, there are strange lines and areas flickering.

MSI GTX 760 nvidia card
Intel I7 core
6 GB DDR3
samsung 128GB SSD
I tried searching other threads for this issue, but it seems none has something like this.
I tried to change many video settings but nothing helped.
Any idea whats the issue here?
