Hey there ! Sry for my english not a native speaker.
My pc:
CPU - Intel Core i3-3220/3.30GHz 3MB LGA 1155
GPU - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 2048MB DDR5/192bit OC VERSION
RAM - 4GB, 1333MHz, DDR3, NON-ECC, CL9
MB - Gigabyte GA-B75M-D2V, B75, DualDDR3-1600(GA-B75M-D2V)
PS - Corsair VS 450W ATX 120mm (CP-9020049-EU)
To be honest I am overlocking noobie. I mean Ive watched some tutorials to get the gist of it but I need some help. Im using msi afterburner , here is a screenshot of my settings http://i.imgur.com/XKLyS19.jpg.After changing clocks my game crashes after some seconds of playing or even at loading screen , I tested Dark souls III and Rocket League ,I can see some 3-5 fps increase. When I try go even higher with core / memory clock my pc freezes or there are artifacts when im launching the game.Gpu temp is around ℃ 40-50 C when in game , ofc it will get higher after some , usualy its around 50-70 MAX and im keeping my fan on lower speed since i hate how loud it is.Gpu usage is around 100%
My question is :
Should I even bother overlocking with this specs when this happens ? I dont want my gpu to blow up or something
