Cpu: Amd FX8350 8 cores (4 GHz)
GPU: Asus GTX 1060 ROG Strix (or something like that)
Ram: 8gb HyperX
MoBo: MSI 970 Gaming
OS: Windows 10 Home
Dont know why but my pc just isn't running at full speed, My friend has all the same specs (i7 first gen) and he gets over 200 fps in csgo and so on, i only get 40-60 and it's just unplayable if someone can help me and fix this it would mean the world to me thanks!
BTW i looked at many other fixes but none of them seem to work
