Budget Prebuilt PC for £500

I'm looking for a budget prebuilt PC. I already have the mouse, keyboard and monitor. I just need the tower. I'll be looking to do Photoshop with it (not heavy use however) but I like the idea of having an SSD. This one here https://www.palicomp.co.uk/amd-avenger-kav3 looks like pretty good value but if there's any other one that is better value, i'm all ears. I would build my PC but at this budget, it isn't worth it in my opinion.

I would prefer not to have a PC from somewhere like Dell or Lenovo because I don't really like having bloatware at all...

So should I get the one suggested or is there a better deal.

Seems like a really good deal but if you could up your amount and invest it on the PSU, you should be set for a while, say 3 years if you're working on Photoshop alone. If you're looking at gaming, then the question to you would be at what resolution and what game titles?

Have you thought about building your own?

Yes but at such a low price, most manufacturers are willing to buy parts in bulk which makes the price for pre-builts better than built ones. I've tried composing my parts list on PcPartPicker but am unable to find anything that would perform as well as the pre-built I linked to (I need an OS too).
