Hello.

I'm looking for a new CPU Cooler. mine (The normal when you receive when you buy a CPU) can't cool my CPU that good anymore. and i would like to have 1 which is more quite...

While gaming my CPU hit's the 90C (Celcius) While playing games like MineCraft with OptiFine (But no shaders) in 4K Resolution. And GTA V 4K, *Max Settings* it's like 100C. I don't like those temperatures :S.

Here is my PC Loadout:
2x GTX 1070 Gaming X (SLI)
MSi Z76S Sli Krait Edition.
16GB 3drmm (idk what the full name is) RAM.
5 Case fans. 3 Out. 2 in. (1 Out on the back, 2 out on Top. 2 in in front)
-Max 2000RPM
CX 750 PSU.
CPU = i7 4790K (Not overclocking. Hell nah. Too scary) 1151 Socket
Corsair r100 windowed Case :)

So, thing's that are very important for me for the new Fan.

I would like to have a normal fan. (Not like those Big metal things you need to mount on it. Because i need to build it self. and idk how to build the backplate for if the fan is too heavy)

Must be Quit. Less noice & more speed = <3
Budget up to 150,- .

But not overpricing. xD.
I preffer light's & goodlooking fans :)

Can you guys give me some advices?

Solution
Your case supports a cooler only 150mm high; the noctuas are out.
Best cooler for you will be the cryorig H7 which is only 145mm tall.

I7-4790K has a quite high stock clock, not too far off from what a good overclock will give.
You do need a good cooler for it.

Your case specs say you can mount two 140mm front intakes.
Buy two in the 1200 rpm range, they should be $10-$20 each.
Noctua is good, but pricey.
Here is a report to compare fans:
http://www.silentpcreview.com/article1345-page7.html

If all your air intake comes from one source and is filtered, your parts will stay clean.
If you have too much exhaust, you will draw in unfiltered air. A single rear 120mm is all...
Your load temperatures are waay too hot.
Your cpu is close to downclocking or shutting down.

I see two problems:
1. As you indicated the stock cooler is not up to doing the job.

2. Your case cooling needs to be addressed.

1. Even the hottest intel cpu does not need an expensive cooler to do the job.
A perfectly good top quality cooler that is quiet would be the Noctua NH-U12s. About $60.
A top end might be the NH-U14s @$65.
They need 160 and 165mm height available.

2. Perhaps more important is your case cooling.
Take the case covers off and see how much that changes things.
If you get lots of improvement, look to case cooling solutions.

Many fans does not mean that you are cooling well.

Concentrate on the front intake fans.
2@2000 rpm should be more than enough.
Fan noise comes from running at high rpm.
If you want quieter, use 140mm fans if your case can handle it. They move more air at lower rpm and are more quiet.

With your budget, you might want to consider a good case if yours is lacking.
All air that comes in will exit somewhere.
Only one rear for exhaust will direct the airflow out of the case, carrying heat with it.

I know my PSU is trash. But it's working. It doesnt makes extra heat. So :).
I knew people we're going to say something about it xD. (I don't see the trash on btw xD)

Btw, 2000RPM is the max case fan's it can. But it never does xD. Max i've seen running them on is 1400RPM while GTA V Gaming xD.
But CPU Fan goes up to the max.

Mobo temp while gaming ain't high btw. Just around 60C. It's pure the CPU which is hot AF. Even the GPU's are cool xD. Well. Cool... most of the time. after a 2 hour sessions i always cool them down via MSi Gaming App.

When i take out the door/glass door thingy. The temp does not goes down... Even when i open up my Window in my room (But that's a terrible idea. It's like freaky 5C outside... I life in the Netherlands xD)

My CPU Temp while having open 5 Chrome tabs, Geforce Experience, MSI Command center & Spotify, the temp is at between 45 and 55. Fan speed at +/- 1060 RPM.
Case fan's between 1000RPM & 1300 RPM. (Output is higher then input)

Your PSU works until it eventually starts acting up and giving you performance hiccups, that's why it's trash.

Your case doesn't support too many big coolers, but if you want to try watercooling that's an option:
You can get a pretty decent one for only 49.99 after a $30 Mail in rebate: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103210
Though this one performs roughly the same though: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/hyQRsY/be-quiet-pure-rock-slim-351-cfm-cpu-cooler-bk008
But this may provide you the best cooling: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/Y27CmG/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk020

Though if you wanted to spend all your money you could put a 240mm radiator on the top of your case.

Point is. i need to build it in by myself (normaly a store does it. But if they do it now. it can take up to 2 days. Because they'r very busy. And i've heard that when i want to install the CRYORIG H7 Tower Cooler (Which i have seen too. which i liked too xD) is that you need to install a backplate behind the Mobo?!?! And i can't do that xD. I can barely place some RAM's xD.

i don't have the screws, Cooler pasta, etc.

Edit: Wait. the backplate.... i thought it was a oversized Plate like which has the same size as the mobo. but nah. I checked YouTube. i'm able to install that. That ain't hard xD.

But, if i want a fan like that. But more luxe. like some lights, or a more tougher looking fan. What do you advice then.
AND PLEASE! NO BROWN & WHITE... I like blue, red, orange, black, white :D.

The point with liquid cooling is.

If it's going to leak. My 2.5k PC is down. And the insurance in NL doesnt supports PC components that are leaking...
Unless i'm going to pay 30$ more in a month...

To remove the old cooler, first run the cpu a bit so that it gets warm and softens the paste,
Turn the stock pins counter clockwise to unlock the pins.
Then pull the cooler off and disconnect the fan.

Use ioppropyl alcohol to clean off the old paste.
Use something lint free to remove the paste.
Paper coffee filters do nicely.
Do not remove the cpu from the motherboard, leave it clamped in.

The fan on the cryorig H7 is a 120mm fan that I suppose you can remove and replace.
I would not bother, you can't see the color while it is spinning.

Water cooler is a no-go xD. I told my mom (I life in my moms out. We're looking for a house :O)
But aslong is a life in her house. There will come no Liquid cooler. She's scared as hell it would leak xD.

So only Air cooling is an option.
