For [strike]$350[/strike] you can probably get something way more modern. And the Quadro 4000 is, if I remember correctly, a GTS 450, which is just not going to run games at 1080P with decent framerate.
And the PSU is probably something suspicious.

Blegh, $25 over. I guess it's still good enough.

Nope, there's this guy on ebay selling it for around $350, i need to build a gaming PC that plays at 1080 with decent fps.
it has 750 watts power supply, he mentioned it as gaming power supply.

Then odds are it is a complete junk PSU with a high number printed on a sticker.

They are likely selling it because he realized that this setup sucks for gaming.
This is designed as high power workstation to do cad drawings, matlab, possibly video editing or engineering software.
This system is from 2007, sure you have 8 cores but it is more like 8 inexperienced teenagers not wanting to work very hard.

If you live in USA i would watch newegg and tigerdirect for an off lease desktop with a core i5 in it, add a 1050ti gpu and you will have better performance then this thing ever will be.

If you were wanting to up your budget/ save for something new then I would advise this:
Pentium g4560 ($60)
B250 motherboard ($75)
8gb memory ($55)
GTX 1050ti ($150)
Case ($30-40)
Good quality PSU ($45-50)
Windows 10 ($100)

Now, now, the CPU's still usable for gaming. The GPU is not, though. So the system's still salvageable.
