As far as i know 6 beeps is gpu failure but idk

You'll need to at least know the model of the computer so you can download the manual and find out what the beep codes are. Why? Because beep codes are NOT universal and standard. 3 beeps on a Dell may mean something completely different than 3 beeps on an HP.

Also, if it's a dell then just go to there site and punch in your service tag and you will have access to all of the user manuals for your PC.

Downloaded the dell xps 420 manual.at page 81 there is sum good info.In the beep codes i cant find mine which is 1 long 4 short 1 long,but at the numbers,when i turn my pc number 3 and 4 are on,while 1 and 2 are off.As stated in the manual only number 3 and 4 being on is a memory problem.Thx for all your support
