Hello, i have a problem with my PC. It overheats and I dont know if it`s because of the CPU, system or cooling.

These are my specs:

AMD Athlon(tm) X4 860K Quad Core
MSI A68HM-E33 (MS-7721)
DDR3 8GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750

So whenever I play some games and the turbo mode starts it just goes alright for like 10 - 20 minutes and then it overheats and freezes the screen so I have to restart my PC. What are your suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I don`t really know what case it is. Just random case. no names or anything on it. Power supply cooler is 500W ATX and 80 mm CPU fan.

When it freezes the screen, the case is really hot. Thats why i think that it overheats.

Oh and where can you check what exactly fans and coolers you have?
