S340 Negative or Positive Pressure

2 140mm fans intaking in the front and 1 120mm exhausting on the rear and a 120mm fean exhausting on the top. Is this fine? Also the power supply should it exhaust or intake?

Power supplies always exhaust (as far as I have seen), don't forget the GPU exhausts some heat. In general positive pressure is better. You have a good fan setup.

assuming the fans are identical and spinning at the same rpm, you have negative pressure since there are way more restrictions on intake (filter and small intake opening)

That setup is fine.
Your PSU should not be a consideration, as it should be face down intaking its own air from outside the case.
