Hello, I have made a list with what I believe suits me as a gamer to build a gaming pc. I am not experienced at all with building a pc (I know the parts and what they do and the state of the market, but there are way more experienced people than me) . I have came here to get advice for how I should adjust the build to my budget and needs.

So here it is :
ASUS Z170-A LGA1151 DDR4 HDMI DVI SATA Z170 ATX Motherboard - 120
Asus Dual RX480 4G Gaming Graphics Card - 205
WD Blue 1TB 7200rpm SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache HDD - OEM (10EZEX) - 47
Corsair CP-9020077-EU CS CS650M ATX Modular 80 PLUS Gold 650Watt - 85
CPU INTEL CORE I5-6400 2.70GHZ LGA1151 - BOX - 190 (can get 6500 new for 208 too)
Eclipse P400S Midi Tower Case - Noise Dampened Black Window - 72
RAM HYPERX HX421C14FB/8 8GB DDR4 2133MHZ HYPERX FURY - 75
MZ-75E250B/EU SSD Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SATA3 540/520MBs IOPS 97K 85-100
=832

The prices are in euros and are not exact, also I plan to buy an SSD first and then add an HDD as the SSD is way more important.(I will get a cpu cooler from a friend )

Thanks

Solution
The CS650M doesn't look like the new design, so even a CX650M (Vengeance 650M) would beat this out the water. Should get that instead. And the case seems like a no-namer; get it if you like the design.

But otherwise, looks fine to me.

Power supply is pretty bad. I doubt it'll be happy with any future upgrades. Please replace it with a higher quality model.

I would suggest a switch to the i5 6500.

Why do you need a Z170 board for a locked CPU? Those boards are for overclocking K SKU CPUs (the ones with the K at the end). I don't know your country of origin, so I based the following price via the market in Germany. The MSI B150 PC Mate can be had for under €100 and offers good power delivery for non-overclocking CPUs.

I forgot to mention your memory. You have only one stick in your parts list. Modern consumer Intel boards offer dual channel memory technology. Populated two of the same colored slots with memory from a kit, and it automatically doubles (theoretically) your memory bandwidth which helps to reduce stutter when CPU usage is high.

Chose the Case for the silence and the filters, if u have anything better to offer , go ahead

1) Good choice.
2) I'm not familiar with the market there. Do you have any favorite websites for tech shopping that are in English?

lose the z170 motherboard in favor of a b150 motherboard since you aren't planning to overclock, and that will allow you to either a)simply save some money, or b) upgrade another component, say like going to an i5-6500/6600, 16gb ram, or 8gb 480/gtx1060 6gb
