Is this cpu a big bottleneck for a gtx 1070???

Is the cpu "i5 4460" take big fps drops if it is paired with a gtx 1070?

I will upgrade my cpu later on because i dont have enough money right now.

Will this cpu and gpu be ood for atleast 1080p 60fps gameplay?

It depends on the game really but nothing bad in any game.
A GTX 1070 is some overkill for a 1080p monitor but not to bad.
Buy it and enjoy life their never been a PC made that don't have a bottleneck.

Sounds like you're buying new. If you're playing on a 60Hz monitor, you can easily achieve that with a Radeon RX 480 or 1060

An i5 should be able to tackle lots of things before dipping below 60. Stuff like GTA V and BF1 can prove me wrong though.

The i5 4460 is plenty of CPU to go with a single 1070...you wont drop any frames due to the CPU. The GPU's ability to provide 60fps in gaming will depend on the game title but the 4460 wont be holding you back at all.
