So my current overclock is +150mhz for core and +1,000 mhz (absolute max) on memory on my 1050 Ti. Will the massive overclock on the memory significantly increase heat output from the VRAM chips?
It will increase the heat. This is fine as long as your cooler is cooling both the gpu and the ram. The faster the clock speed, the more friction. More friction = more heat. Voltage is not the only thing causing heat.
+1000 on memory would correspond to a 14% overclock. Power scales roughly linearly with frequency, so you'd expect about 14% more heat to be generated (very approximately). Nothing crazy, I think you should be fine, although unfortunately most (if not all?) cards don't have temp/power monitoring for VRAM.

Hello, thanks for replying. I see that my VRAM chips have thermal pads on them, that transfers the heat to the massive heatsink. Will that be sufficient for this overclock?
