Hey, thanks for taking a look at this thread.
Currently having an issue with my Labtop. On Startup i'm using 45-50%+ Memory. I have completely turned off as many background start up programs as I possibly can. I will go through as many steps as needed to solve this issue it has been bugging me for the past month.
8GB of Memory using 4.1Gb out of 7.8Gb on start up.
