I have a 4790K and Z97 MB.
Regardless of my specific cpu or system, is there really a stock voltage? and is there a way to know these voltages at idle, load and turbo?
AND, how to "isolate cpu" from MB effects on voltage? or to make CPU ONLY dictates what voltage it gets?
