PC turns on and off automatically in a loop

Hi all, my PC is suddenly turning on by itself whenever I flick the mains switch. However, it turns on for 1 SECOND with fans whirring and turns off and repeats this constantly until I kill the power to it.
I did not installing new hw or sw recently either.
I5-4670
GTX780
MSI G30 GAMING MOBO

This once happened to me when overclocking, and it might work for you too. Open your PC and take out the little round battery in the motherboard for about a minute or more, then pop it back in. This will reset your BIOS settings, but there may not be much to reconfigure since you can't overclock. Hope it works.

P.S. it won't reset your whole system or anything, it will just set the BIOS to default settings.
