I am having some troubles identifying a problem. One user cannot log into the domain account from the pc that the user has been working on all this time. To make matters worse other user can log in to that same system while this particular user can log in from any other pc in the network. What do you think is wrong?

Depends on what error message you get for the person that can't logon. Did this person already use this computer before? You can try deleting his local account as another admin user on that computer and see if it will let him in the system. Remember that his files will be wiped once you delete the account so back them up if needed.
