Alright, So I'm running an Asus H110M-E motherboard. I used the Windows Media Creation tool to make a USB ready for boot. I plugged it in, started the computer and the installation process started up immediately. I have a key for Windows 10 Education. I put that in, and installation started. last I saw it said that files were being prepared for installation 92%. I walked away. I came back to the Asus boot screen with the little loading ring going in circles and the error message saying that Windows encountered an error when installing and to install windows on this computer I need to restart installation. However, from this screen it's frozen. No shift F10 will open up anything, no keys do anything and I can't see my mouse to click ok. If I restart the computer I can hit F2 before this happens and it takes me into the Asus Bios...But I don't know what to do from there. Help!

I have helped a few people with problems installing Education, so I sort of guessed what problem was caused by. The error and lack of mouse/kb input on the screen is the same thing. Error happens regardless of USB slots.
The link I showed has them making the USB or DVD with rufus
I only found the link after someone else worked it out for themselves.
I don't know everything, I just try to learn from others errors and remember the solutions. You probably know things I don't

As for the catch 22 of installing it again, I would run the free version of dban on hdd and wipe it and start again

im preetty confident that you know more than i, so could it also be problem with usb 2.0 and 3.0 ports? i had couple cases where the instalation couldnt be completed and or started with 3.0 port but worked fine with 2.0. And so far i noticed making bootable stick is, for me most reliable rufus. cheers
