Why my fps in CS:GO is so low on good PC?

I just build my new PC , im trying games which i could not play on old one, everything is fine (GTA 5 - 60fps+ on ultra, wolrd of tanks on ultra 80+) but in CS:GO i got only 30-50 but i should be able to run in 200fps nonstop ,

I tried, many launch options with no help
I upgraded all drivers

Specs are:

Pentium G4560
8GB DDR4 2400Mhz
SSD Samsung evo 250
GTX 1050 TI

i mean i can run the game on 5 old notebook on 100fps+ nonstop , so there has to be something

Try this turn off multi core rendering and turn on vsync double buff it should stay above 60 fps I had this issue where I was setting 40 to 30 fps.

Did not help , still less then 60 fps, its weird i got same fps if game is on ultra or low grafic settings

Now that is very strange have you tried reinstalling the game because there no hardware issue if it runs gta 60fps+ and above it something with the game and what is your antistropic at.

What's your cpu usage in game and at desktop? What you say sounds like a bottleneck which shouldn't be happening, could be something else hogging the the cpu

I turned antistropic off , my Gpu is set to performance , reinstalled game as well and it's still the same

Really high, 90/100 percent cpu usage , in desktop its bellow 5-10 percent

You could try re-installing your graphics drivers, it may help, it may not. Worth a shot though.

V-sync is off, correct?

If you've tried it with both Vsync on and Vsync off, there was no difference?

Does this occur in any gamemode?

No, OP stated they attempted running the game on high + low graphical settings and that they tried, per your suggestion, on double-buffer V-sync. That does not rule out that V-sync was turned on to begin with, simply that its setting was changed to double buffer.

Yes v-sync off , there is no big difference when i turn v sync on and off...any gamemode (tried DM and Casual)
also my mouse sensitivity changes ingame for no reason, i mean sensitivity is always set to certain point like 3,5 but sometimes its normal and sometimes its low ..weird

What happens if you run a bot game?

And just to be sure, nothing is running in the background? I know you stated at the desktop it's using 5-10%, is that when you start the game?

Yes, it's even less when i do literally nothing , just watch cpu usage, it's only 1 percent, looks like my mouse takes 5 percent lol

If high and low settings are the same fps is obviously the CPU as it's the main component that doesn't care about settings. Download msi afterburner use is to monitor CPU temp and CPU speed while running CSGO.

Keep an eye on GPU temp/speed as well but I think it lies with your CPU. I think it's downclocked but need to see if it's a temp or other issue

I need the frequency/speed of the CPU not just temp you may have a bios issue or something else preventing that CPU from going full speed
