Here is my PC configuration
i3 6100 3.7GHz sky lake
Corsair vengeance 8gb DDR 4
Gigabyte b150 ds3h
Seagate 1TB HDD
Corsair 350W psu
Integrated Intel HD 530
No GPU

I know people do run it on integrated graphics but it will be on lowest settings, on a low resolution like 720p and probably around 30fps. Your issue might be RAM, you only have 8gb and that's shared between the integrated graphics and the rest of the system.
