Are you asking how much memory you need or what type of memory you would need for the motherboard and CPU combo?
If the latter:
You're going to need DDR3 memory of at least 1333MHz frequency. If you can get something like DDR3-1600MHz then you're fine.
If the former:
You're going to specifically need DDR3 memory rated at 1.65v.
If the latter:
