Streaming/Gaming on the same Machine

I want to know if an i7 7700k would be good for streaming and gaming on the same machine or a Ryzen 1700x.

I will be mostly playing FPS games in particular Overwatch and streaming it at the same time (720p 30fps)

Yes, unless the game heavily hammers all 4 cores (there are currently very few). 720p/30 FPS you should be fine even with Overwatch
