Hey guys so im looking to get into a ryzen 7 build and just had some curious questions, i currently have this computer AMD Athlon II X4 860K Quad-core Processor, overclocked to 4.3GHz with Arctic Cooling Alpine 64 GT. The pack includes the Orion Performance Base Unit and a power cable.
Gigabyte F2A78M-HD2 Motherboard, USB 3.0
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 2GB Graphics Card
1TB SATA3 Hard Drive
24X DVD-RW Drive
8GB of DDR3 Memory
300Mbps Wifi; 600W performance PSU

and was wondering if i need to change anything i know i have to change my mobo, my ram for ddr4 and cpu but i was wondering would this be okay to use in my build and if not would i have to change anything

Ram - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Crucial-CT2K8G4DFS8213-DDR4-288-Pin-Memory/dp/B00MMLUZ2I/ref=sr_1_20?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1488402875&sr=1-20&keywords=ddr4%2Bram&th=1
Cpu- https://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-Ryzen-1700-16-Core-3-7-GHz/dp/B06WP5YCX6/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1488403125&sr=1-3&keywords=ryzen+7
Mobo- https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06WWGLF66/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1487940997&sr=1-2-fkmr0&keywords=GA-AB350-Gaming+3+AMD+B350+%28Socket+AM4%29+DDR4+ATX+Motherboard
(potential cpu fan)- https://www.amazon.co.uk/Noctua-NH-L9x65-SE-AM4-premium-grade-low-profile/dp/B01N27QWFA
costings, £470 (without new cpu fan) £510 (with cpu fan)
Extra money may be included up to £550 to get someone to put this all in and also for shipping

Solution
You can certainly reuse graphic card and drives (assuming DVD drive is SATA too?). Possibly WiFi too, depends how it's connected to mobo. Don't know how about PSU, though.

this cpu cooler looks good if i need to get one, i was wondering is the r7 1700 stock cooler worth using to save the extra money? or is it a bad stock cooler

Since you will get stock cooler anyway, why not check it out first. If you find it not good enough for your needs, you can then buy aftermarket cooler.

This. It's the most crucial bit about your PC that you need to know and you shouldn't be changing *anything* until you know what PSU you have and whether it's actually competent - a surgeon wouldn't do heart surgery without bothering to find out the patient's blood type. That the question seems like an afterthought to you (the OP) is a very troubling sign.

Blecch, not a good brand there, nor one of their less mediocre offerings either. Manufactured by HEC and full of low-end Chinese capacitors like Asia'x and rated at 85c instead of 105c. While usable in the short-term, it's not something that I would think about migrating to a newish build.
