On a 6/12 or 4/8 it would be a little 'easier' (as a very loose term :lol, but appears it will require more cooling than the average consumer will be able to throw at it to hit 5GHz.
As McNumpty said, 4.5GHz would be an accomplishment on most of the Ryzen chips.
Most Ryzen chips are boosting to ~4GHz out of the box, and historically AMD chips have OC'd pretty well.
5GHz might be a little high, but it wouldn't surprise me at all.
