I want to buy 1 kit of these: http://www.cel.ro/memorii/memorie-corsair-vengeance-lpx-16gb-2x-8gb-ddr4-3200mhz-cl16-neagra-pMyQ1MDQn-l/

And then to buy another kit later to have 32GB. They're not listed here:http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z170%20Gaming%20K4/?cat=Memory&Model=Fatal1ty%20Z170%20Gaming%20K4&Vendor=Corsair

So, should I buy 4x8GB or can I buy 2x8GB now and 2x8GB later? ( I cant afford 4x8GB right now. Also I want to put them in dual chanel. So i put the first kit in dual chanel then when i buy the other i put them in dual channel too, will that result in quad channel or just 2x dual cahnnels? ) Im noob.

Solution

I recommend you buy all of your RAM now.
Why?
because by the time you decide to upgrade it may be very hard to find a matching set of RAM sticks.
(But it's possible, I've done it.) Had 2 DIMMs for a long time, then I upgraded to 4 DIMMs, luckly I was able to find the exact same matching set so my 4 DIMMs ran in dual channel mode.

You can still buy 4 if you justed wanted more RAM. .. but no it won't make the ram faster
I think for how long dual channel mode has been used you'd think that quad channel would be standard these days instead of just for elite (expensive) systems.
