You might want to reconsider the inclusion of that Optical drive since they have gone obsolete. If you drop out of the optical drive, you can opt for a case that doesn't need a 5.25" drive bay meaning you have access to NZXT S340 Elite. The fans you've included have been known to fall victim to bad QC so I'd remove them.

If you could, perhaps, shoot us an ultimate budget, I'm sure the rest of us could come up with some interesting parts list.

Yeah it looks less cool, but with GTX 1080 and 72 british pound cheaper, It should deliver better performance in gaming. I can get cheaper but it seem your choice of motherboard has build in wifi, so I keep that model motherboard.

The case fan I chose is the silent one.

Casing is a cheap, but will do the job. You can always revert back to your own choice, still got 72 pound left anyway. Here is a link of how it looks like, it even uses 212 evo. Need to recheck the extra fan can fit in or not.

The psu was upgraded into 620W and cheaper, has good review on it and also gold certificate, although its semi modular. I think its a good value.

The heatsink coolermaster 212 evo was already famous although I admit might perform a bit less for one third the price, it should be enough for overclock although not to super extreme level.

Its just for your consideration.

Good luck
