Stuck between 2 keyboards

So, I wanna buy a mechanical keyboard, with rgb effects, which is cheap.
May sound impossible to find but i found a few.
The first is the Redragon Indrah K555 which looks very promising and has a wrist rest and macro keys. The thing is it doesnt have ALOT of customize options for the RGB effects.
The other keyboard is the Motospeed Inflictor CK104 which is essentially the same as the redragon, but with more RGB effects, no wrist rest and no macro keys. But is 30 euro cheaper. I dont know about the build quality compared between these two, but im guessing the redragon has a better one from reading the reviews.

Any ideas which one to choose?

I just looked at some photographs of the Medion Erazer keyboard.

That 2" wide area below the space bar would be for wrist rest support but without being able to use the keyboard directly I would not be able to state if that area actually serves as such. Or how effectively support is provided as that becomes very subjective.

There are many keyboards without a wrist rest area. Some people (including me) use a long thin wrist pad.

Cost does not necessarily equate with comfort. There is much more involved - ergonomic requirements vary with the person.

The idea for the wrist rest is to straighten the wrists. Keeping your hands and wrists parallel to the work surface. A padded support to do so can be softer and more comfortable...

With mechanical keyboards, you should be looking at the real deal meaning you should invest in a Cherry MX equipped keyboard. The reasoning behind this is that a mechanical keyboard is more of an investment as is the case with any component for a PC. I can't speak much about the build quality of the keyboards especially making me wonder why anyone would pay premium for a Corsair Keyboard if all those features can be had at less than 60USD...?Simple, the build quality and the warranty backing from the brand.

Links you've provided state that they are Cherry equivalent.

If you must ask my suggestion in spite of knowing better, I'd say get the Motospeed but only because you want RGB lighting on it and not concerned about the workmanship.

The problem is a corsair board that has rgb and cherry switches is around €150 here (netherlands).
I dont think its worth paying that much for a keyboard, id rather buy a 144 hz monitor with a little bit extra money.
The switches are called Outemu Blue's (on both), and honestly... They sound better than the Cherry MX blues. And it seems alot of other people agree. But everyone got their preferences right.

I think i'll go for the redragon as the RGB lightning is neat to have but after some time i'll leave it at rainbow wave or something anyway. Since the redragon has wrist rest, 5 macro keys, good build quality (stated by reviews), and the Outemu Blue's

Edit: And i have some sound dampeners laying around, which might sound good aswell

You mention wrist rests - is that a real need or a nice to have?

If at all possible go "hands on" with the competing keyboards.

For heavy use the build/quality is important - you want the keyboard to last.

But also, you need to have a comfortable, ergonomic keyboard that will not cause you pain or premature fatigue over long typing spells. (Should always take breaks anyway.)

If no wrist rest on the keyboard - easy enough to purchase some cushioned wrist rest product. And later switch to another wrist rest if the first does not work out.

Cosmetics really do not matter.

Well as you said a nice to have,
But the thing is (my keyboard now, which i have been using for like 3-5 years, dont know exactly) is from aldi, and i dont really have any problems with it not being comfortable. This keyboard costed me about 12 euros, i think keyboard which costs 70 will have atleast more comfort.

PS: The keyboard im now using is Medion Erazer x81005, and it seems like it has a wrist rest. Which is strange since i didnt get one. I feel scammed by aldi ;/

Well when you said: "because you want RGB lighting on it and not concerned about the workmanship.", i kind of tought about it, and know that its not really what i wanted. The rgb are just a nice add on for a few extra bucks which i can afford, and alot of reviews state it has good build quality.

One review stated these are the negatives:
× Not cherry MX Green equivalent, as advertised.

I dont care about this as i like the Outemu Blue's
× Not user-definable full range RGB⁽ⁿ³⁾

This doesnt matter alot, as the animations do have the full range
× Not removable and/or nylon-braided USB cable.

My keyboard now doesnt have that either so i dont really care about this either.
× G-keys and multimedia keys are not mechanical/backlit.

Not a big problem
× CTRL, WIN, and ALT keys are the same width.

My keyboard also has this. so im used to that already

As for scammed: manufacturers are very good about marketing things with images and language that can mislead.

That is why I always recommend hands-on whenever possible.

If you cannot go hands-on then read the return policy very carefully.

Agreeing with Lutfij's previous post but will go a step further.

Rethink it all. Get a simple, comfortable (to you) keyboard and put the price difference towards a new monitor.
