New CPU for my rig

Looking for a new i5 CPU with the following pre-existing build:

CPU: Intel i5-650
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1050ti
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Motherboard: Intel DQ57TM (Looking for a new one of these two if you have reccomendations.)
Power Supply: ATX400W (Again looking for recommendations here too.)

Budget for all three about £250. Could stretch to £300.
