Is my CPU too cold

i just builded my pc
i5 7500
msi b250 krait gaming
cooler: Cryorig h7

In my bios the cpu temp says that my cpu runs at 22-24°. The ambient temp of the room is 15-20 degrees. Are those false temps and if so where can i find the real temps?

Keep in mind it's the first time the PC is running.

Well your room is a lot colder than mine ( i usually have it around 22-25, Florida living) so i think you are fine. You might have better case airflow too. What you really want to pay attention too is your load temperatures.
